1#. We hope that, in the post author's own responsibility
to handle any post comments. Take no action until authorities found no specific
complaints. We hope that bloggers and comment delete offensive comments on his
own responsibility, not to block them in the future, so that bloggers can not
comment on any of the offensive. Report Abuse button, you will not benefit as
long as "no problem" and went on to complain that request.
2#. People comment on a blog attacking, insulting, obscene,
vulgar, offensive, abusive, containing material without permission of the
author, then a blog can delete the comment.
3#. Blogger "no problem" if he continues to lose
